Enablory is a US-based technology recruiting service that connects candidates with client companies hiring engineering, architecture, and data specialists. Enablory operates from the United States.
Information we collect
When you submit an application through our website, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

- LinkedIn or portfolio URL
- Resume or CV (PDF or DOCX)
- Any short note or message you include

How long we keep your information
We retain the information you submit for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of submission. We may retain it longer if:
- You are actively being considered for a role or are in an ongoing conversation with us
- You have asked to be kept on file for future opportunities
- Longer retention is required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, or to resolve disputes

Who we share your information with
We share your information only with parties necessary to operate our service:
- Prospective client companies — only with your consent, and only when we are introducing you for a specific role
- Service providers who help us operate the site, including Hostinger (web hosting), Cloudflare (security and CAPTCHA via Turnstile), Automattic / Akismet (spam filtering), and Microsoft (email delivery via Outlook)
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
How we protect your information
Our application form is protected by a multi-layer anti-spam and anti-bot system, including Cloudflare Turnstile, a honeypot trap, and Akismet content scoring. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Your resume is delivered to our secure inbox as an email attachment and previewed in a browser-based sandbox, not automatically downloaded.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
- Withdraw consent for us to share your application with prospective clients

Cookies

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
